Some sports require lots of gear.
Lacrosse, football, ice hockey to name a few.
Running, on the other hand, is simple. All you need is a pair of running shoes and you can head out your front door. There are other accessories that make the run more enjoyable, a running belt, water bottle, ear buds, etc., but itโs not like you need a helmet, pads or a mouth guard. Or a bat, stick or ball.
Bridge21 has entered an exciting phase where we are gearing up for our first house. Our gear is protective and necessary for the success of our team. It includes putting the right people into the right positions, creating thoughtful designs with our architect, drafting contracts with our legal team and finding the right mix of residents. Everything we do must chart the course for victory. Moving forward in an excellent way to support our friends with A/IDD and partnering with families and community organizations will create a strategy for success. The proper gear is essential to attain our goal of supported housing.
